Valamar Lacroma Hotel Dubrovnik

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area. It was a short walk to the lower bus stop, which made getting to the bus station and the old city very convenient. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Although the nearby beach was a little rocky, it was still enjoyable to spend time there. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was quite slow and unreliable. It was frustrating trying to connect to the internet, especially when we needed to make travel arrangements or check emails.

Had a great time over Christmas! The beds were super comfy with a choice of pillows, and the food was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short bus ride to the city. Plus, the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The entertainment at night was a letdown, especially during Christmas. It would have been nice to have some activities or shows to enjoy.

Not obvious to find: although this hotel had many positive features, it was a bit challenging to locate at first.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area with beautiful views. The bus ride to the old town was only 15 minutes, although it could get crowded at times. The hotel provided excellent service, from the friendly staff at the reception desk to the maids who kept our rooms clean. We enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and the sun terrace. The hotel also offered live entertainment, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a convenient feature.

I had a fantastic stay at a modern and clean hotel near the centre of Dubrovnik. The views were fine, and the breakfast was fabulous. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect for both leisure and business trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The pool bar could use some improvement, and the swimming pool and area could be more modernized to match the neighboring premium hotels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was impressed! The location is amazing, set in beautiful park surroundings on a peninsula where you can walk around and find feral cats everywhere. The service was great, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a terrace with a lovely view. The spa and wellness centre was a great bonus, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The entertainment was also great, with live shows and a leisure/TV room to enjoy. this place is an excellent choice for a relaxing vacation in lovely surroundings.

The hotel is located on a peninsula, just a short bus ride away from the old town. Although the buses can be crowded, the location offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the rush of the city. Don't forget to take a stroll to the nearby beach for a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some offering stunning sea views. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection of options to choose from. The hotel also has great facilities including an outdoor pool and evening entertainment.

The original pillows in the room are uncomfortably soft, but luckily the hotel offers a pillow menu where you can choose a more comfortable option.

I had an excellent stay at the Valamar Lacroma in southern Croatia. The warm weather and blue skies made it a 5-star experience. The room on the 5th floor was well-maintained and had everything I needed. The morning and evening buffets had a wide range of food choices and catered to different nationalities. The staff were cute and the concierge was super helpful. The gym and indoor heated pool were decent, and the outdoor pool was spacious and never too crowded. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the beach and coast path. I highly recommend this hotel.
